Responsibilities include leading the Marketing and Brand Team in producing web, print, and digital marketing materials, as well as managing the creative strategy for various projects. The Director will collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and brand strategy departments to develop comprehensive marketing plans, analyze results, and identify growth opportunities. Additionally, the role involves building a vision for event marketing and supporting internal marketing campaigns that align with the College's objectives. The Director will also be responsible for analyzing brand performance, market trends, and consumer needs to inform creative strategies. A key aspect of this role is fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team, ensuring high standards of ideation and execution. Budget management and strategic consultation with senior leadership are also critical components of this position, as the Director will advocate for the Mendoza College's strategic goals across the University.
