About the position

The Director of Creative Media at Arkansas State University is responsible for developing and implementing creative content strategies for the men's basketball program. This role involves managing multimedia production efforts, including video and graphic design, to enhance the branding and marketing of the program across various platforms. The position requires a strong emphasis on storytelling through social media and real-time content creation during events.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and implement content for the men's basketball program.
• Manage men's basketball creative video, graphic design, and branding efforts.
• Serve as the lead creative content provider for men's basketball multimedia production.
• Utilize social media channels to tell the stories of the team, coaches, and student-athletes.
• Oversee men's basketball official social media channels during events and create content in real-time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
• Skills in videography, video editing, creative content creation, content marketing, and branding.
• Knowledge of current social and digital media trends.
