As the Director of Creative Media at Pursuit Digital, you will lead all creative media initiatives, producing and editing engaging video and photo content. This role emphasizes collaboration with the social media team and overseeing all media production efforts, providing a unique opportunity to express your creative vision in a supportive environment. Responsibilities

• Produce and edit captivating video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and events.
• Plan and execute creative ideas for content shoots for social media clients and commercial work.
• Lead our videography and photography work.
• Communicate with our social media team to plan social media content and productions.
• Oversee all media production efforts at Pursuit Digital.

Requirements

• Proficient in video editing with strong skills in videography.
• Experience using prosumer cameras and equipment (cameras, microphones, gimbals, etc.).
• Basic photography skills and photo editing experience.
• Highly creative with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must live in or near Knoxville year-round.

Nice-to-haves

• Own personal equipment to supplement our gear.
• Skilled in photo editing and have in-depth photography experience.
• Drone-licensed with a background in drone work (Part 107).
• Basic knowledge of animation and/or Adobe After Effects.
