About the position

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading a creative department, ideally in an automotive or agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in videography, graphic design, and social media content creation.
  • Proficiency in creative software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms and how to craft content that drives engagement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to combine big-picture thinking with hands-on creative execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Film, or a related field (preferred but not required).
