About the position

The Director of Creative Operations at Bio-Rad is responsible for partnering with Outbound Marketing leaders to enhance operational processes within the Creative Studio. This role emphasizes operational excellence, efficiency, and engagement, focusing on developing operating plans, workflows, and models that simplify communication and financial processes. The Director will ensure the organization has the necessary tools and processes to deliver high-quality creative work efficiently while collaborating with broader marketing teams to align the studio's voice with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of annual operating plans and studio objectives, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and marketing priorities.
  • Oversee the creation and management of annual operating budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Partner with leadership to establish best practices across key studio capabilities such as creative, content, and project management.
  • Support the Creative Operations teams in optimizing operational capabilities.
  • Develop and drive leadership communications, including meeting agendas and actionable follow-ups.
  • Establish a regular cadence for internal communications and studio-wide meetings to promote transparency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in creative operations, program and project management, within an internal brand studio or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools such as Adobe, Workfront, Salesforce, and Marketo.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate or agency environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
