About the position

The Director of (Creative) Project Management at UA Brands is responsible for leading the creative management and project management teams within the in-house creative services organization. This role ensures the efficient execution and timely delivery of all creative designs, overseeing both internal teams and third-party vendors. The position requires a strategic approach to project management, focusing on optimizing workflows and processes to meet business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative management and project management teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of creative projects.
• Implement and manage Creative Services Department software and systems, optimizing workflows and processes.
• Provide project management support for the delivery of quality creative and production in a large marketing organization.
• Coordinate and maintain detailed project plans and tasks for internal team members.
• Develop effective operating standards and quality assurance processes for creative projects.
• Maintain productive relationships with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Explore and implement best-in-class solutions for project management and technology integration.
• Motivate cross-functional partners and direct reports to collaborate effectively on deliverables.
• Analyze complex processes and synthesize data to drive insights and solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, creative, or operations roles.
• Experience leading and building effective teams in both US and global contexts.
• Strong understanding of online retail and integrated marketing processes.
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new strategies and processes with a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience in budget development and management.
• Ability to produce high-quality work consistently and on time.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
• Familiarity with project management tools like WorkFront.
• Knowledge of creative design processes and production.
