About the position

Join the Marketing Team of a well-known educational brand as a Director of Creative Services. This is a full-time role in which you will play a crucial role in guiding, developing, and implementing creative and branding standards for all company materials, including advertising, marketing, signage, and training materials. As the Director of Creative Services, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the creative team to help refine the brand's voice and tone, ensuring that all outputs align with the company's vision and objectives. You will lead and grow a talented Creative Services team, providing strategic insights and oversight for key creative functions. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering high-quality work that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand's reputation. In this position, you will be responsible for managing in-house teams and vendors, ensuring that all creative outputs meet the established standards of excellence. You will also be expected to demonstrate strong multitasking skills, as you will be juggling various projects and deadlines. Your proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with web-based protocols will be essential in executing your responsibilities effectively. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in brand copywriting, including specific experience with copy for social placements across brands in the lifestyle, wellness or outdoor verticals
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, mass/multimedia, communications, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in creative oversight and/or brand management
  • Strong team management abilities
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with web-based protocols
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
