Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of managerial experience in Credit/Collections.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
