About the position
The Director of Curriculum & Product Development will lead the design and management of educational products and curriculum for a company specializing in teaching aids. This role is ideal for someone with a background in education who is looking to transition from traditional teaching roles into a leadership position within a growing organization. The Director will be a key member of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO, and will oversee a team of 15 direct and indirect reports.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of curriculum and educational products.
- Oversee a team of 15 direct and indirect reports.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to align curriculum development with company goals.
- Ensure the quality and effectiveness of educational materials produced by the company.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables for curriculum initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development and management.
- Previous leadership and management experience.
