About the position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Digital Customer Acquisition Marketing to lead our business-to-consumer (B2C) digital marketing strategies within the North American lottery market. This key leadership role will focus on customer acquisition, affiliate marketing, retention marketing, loyalty programs, and customer relationship management (CRM). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, meeting established KPIs and yearly revenue goals. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that are focused on customer acquisition, affiliate marketing, retention marketing, loyalty programs, and CRM. You will lead and build a high-performing team that is customer-focused and dedicated to driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives. Additionally, you will oversee the development and execution of marketing plans for existing iLottery customers, ensuring effective targeting and activation. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with the business development team to win new business, including iLottery and non-iLottery ventures. You will also leverage marketing technology to direct and guide the automation of personalized customer journeys, ensuring operational excellence by streamlining processes and communication across the team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement B2C digital marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, affiliate marketing, retention marketing, loyalty programs, and CRM to achieve KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Build and coach a customer-focused digital marketing team to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing plans for existing iLottery customers, ensuring effective targeting and activation.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to win new business, including iLottery and non-iLottery ventures.
  • Direct and guide the automation of personalized customer journeys using existing marketing technology.
  • Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes and communication across the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in business to consumer digital marketing strategies, including acquisition, affiliate marketing, retention marketing, loyalty programs, and CRM with 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of experience within the iLottery/iGaming industry.
  • Experience in customer journey mapping and marketing automation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and constructively with customers, employees, management, and executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines, facilitate change and delegate responsibilities.
  • Proven analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with demonstrated negotiation skills and influencing positive outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
