The Director of Customer Onboarding at Savi Solutions is a key leadership role focused on overseeing the daily customer onboarding processes. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onboarding teams to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance onboarding efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement business development initiatives that are scalable.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline onboarding and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align onboarding goals with organizational objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess onboarding performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the onboarding team.

Requirements

• Proven experience (6+ years) in customer onboarding management or a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
• Exceptional skills in project and process management, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organization and with customers.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving change initiatives.
• Pass an FBI background check and drug free.
