About the position

The Director of Customer Success Specialists at Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a strategic leadership role focused on driving end-user adoption of business applications through direct customer engagement and partnerships. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic leader driving end-user adoption of business applications portfolio with customers and partners.
  • Work directly with significant and strategic customers to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Identify, prioritize, and tackle complex, high-impact problems for customers.
  • Communicate complex ideas and recommendations effectively to executive and senior-level stakeholders.
  • Drive ambitious organizational priorities and shape long-term business and technology direction with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Simplify processes to increase productivity and effectiveness of teams in service of customers.
  • Lead global education and enablement efforts for the customer success management community.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Global Sales and Business Development Leadership.
  • Experience in SaaS-based customer success and adoption leadership.
  • Strong business acumen and financial modeling skills.
  • Proven expertise in leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • BA/BS degree required.
