About the position

The Director of Customer Success at Corpay is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Account Management and Channel Partner Enrollment related to virtual card and multi-card payment solutions. This role involves leading a team of approximately 60 individuals, focusing on customer satisfaction, process improvement, and revenue generation. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating closely with various departments to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor managers and leads to maximize their potential and professional growth.
  • Assist in developing performance plans for teams and monitor achievement of goals.
  • Formulate and implement long and short-range plans, policies, and programs to support innovation and excellent customer experience.
  • Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the growth of customer success operations.
  • Direct or coordinate strategic, financial, or budget activities to increase efficiency and drive innovation.
  • Review financial information, sales reports, and team metrics to measure goal achievement and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Inside Sales to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • 11+ years of experience in sales and customer service roles.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, including CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage, influence, and motivate teams.
  • Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources modeling.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to drive win-win solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in building strategic customer relationships.
