About the position

The Director of Cybersecurity and Information Technology is responsible for overseeing the IT and cybersecurity strategies of People Technology and Processes LLC. This role involves acting as a subject matter expert, aligning IT infrastructure with company goals, and managing a team to enhance cybersecurity measures. The position requires collaboration with business development to identify growth opportunities and the implementation of new technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, define, and represent PTP IT interests to customers.
• Act as PTP's IT/Cyber Subject Matter Expert.
• Identify IT and Cyber opportunities in relation to PTP Growth Strategies.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise to IT/Cyber Proposal Development.
• Coordinate with PTP Business Development staff concerning IT/Cyber opportunities.
• Ensure IT infrastructure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to IT staff.
• Research new technology products and recommend them.
• Manage and enhance cybersecurity.
• Meet with Executives for future IT plans.

Requirements

• Senior level experience in IT and cybersecurity management.
• Proven track record in IT infrastructure alignment with business objectives.
• Strong leadership skills to supervise and delegate tasks effectively.
• Expertise in identifying and implementing new technology solutions.
• Experience in managing cybersecurity initiatives.
