Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the strategic development and continuous refinement of data architecture frameworks.
  • Lead the design and implementation efforts to ensure robust, scalable, and integrated data environments across the organization.
  • Leverage tools and resources to plan, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives by mapping relational entities to use cases or business requirements.
  • Architect complex data systems that support scalable integration and optimal functioning of business-critical applications.
  • Manage the creation of data design deliverables including data models, data diagrams, data flows, and corresponding data dictionary documentation.
  • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in data architecture and engineering.
  • Develop innovative solutions that leverage machine learning, artificial intelligence, and cloud technologies to transform data handling and analytics.
  • Build and mentor a team of data architects and engineers by providing expert guidance and fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
  • Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Define and implement data governance practices and standards to ensure data integrity and compliance across all data systems and platforms.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in data architecture, with a solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and modern data frameworks (e.g., DataBricks, Snowflake, Azure).

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop strategies that align with long-term objectives.
