About the position
The Director of Data Science will lead the data analytics team, overseeing the implementation of modern solutions and technologies to address various data challenges within the organization. This role involves managing the full stack of data analytics, from data procurement and cleaning to model building and translating results into actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of effective data solutions and technologies.
- Guide experimental design and identify key metrics and measurements.
- Construct visualizations and dashboards to present data insights.
- Solve open-ended research problems in data science.
- Collaborate with the team to build and test proposed solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Data Science and Predictive Modeling.
- Strong skills in Exploratory Data Analysis and Probabilistic Modeling.
- Proficiency in numerical optimization and Statistical Inference.
- Knowledge of Numerical Linear Algebra and productionizing solutions.
