About the position

The Director of Demand Generation & Marketing Operations at Centivo is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies aimed at driving lead generation for key audiences. This role involves managing marketing operations, including CRM administration in HubSpot, overseeing lead management, data analytics, and team development, while ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams. The position emphasizes maintaining data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Define effective multi-channel marketing strategies to drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Lead top- and middle-of-funnel campaigns targeting brokers, employers, and C-suite audiences.
  • Serve as the primary administrator and marketing owner of HubSpot, managing data, lead management, and marketing campaign attribution processes.
  • Own lead management including analytics, attribution, scoring & enrichment, qualification, and dynamic routing across multiple regions, verticals, and segments.
  • Develop and implement marketing operations strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Provide strategic oversight of account-based marketing strategies within a cross-functional team.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing operations team.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations.
  • Oversee marketing analytics centered within CRM, collaborating with Business Intelligence teams to refine reporting and provide insights across the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with various teams to track and report on the entire marketing funnel and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

  • 7 years experience in demand generation and marketing operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role that includes direct reports.
  • 3 years HubSpot administration experience.
  • Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively to delegate tactically.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to translate business requirements into technical processes.
  • Proven experience successfully launching high visibility Marketing Automation/CRM projects.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience.
  • Deep understanding of marketing technologies, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics.
