The Director will be responsible for aligning resources, timelines, and technology while continually fine-tuning and optimizing individual programs, tactics, and campaigns as needed. The Director will serve as the strategic leader for all digital marketing projects, both internally and with third-party vendors, ensuring that the marketing automation platform (HubSpot) is configured and optimized to meet business needs. In addition to managing the CRM strategy across various audiences, the Director will lead content management efforts and troubleshoot digital assets for Crunch.com and the Crunch app. They will also guide the marketing team on digital best practices and utilize tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics to produce regular performance and ROI reports, sharing successes and best practices across different markets and franchisees. Staying abreast of industry trends and innovations in marketing automation and analytics is crucial to ensure that Crunch continues to evolve and optimize its marketing capabilities. Furthermore, the Director will coach and manage the Digital Marketing Associate and Digital Marketing Coordinator to ensure that annual goals are met for both Crunch and team members.
