About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing Analytics at Federici Brands LLC is responsible for overseeing digital analytics and optimizing data governance across the company's digital commerce platform. This role focuses on enhancing performance, ensuring data integrity, and developing advanced analytics and tracking capabilities across all digital properties. The position requires a strong background in eCommerce, particularly within the beauty or personal care industry, and involves leading a team to analyze marketing campaigns and create dashboards for management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the digital analytics strategy and implement data analytics tools to drive web performance insights.
  • Optimize daily/weekly/monthly product performance reports and insights to inform consumer journey enhancements.
  • Establish data governance across digital platforms and ensure data integrity by managing web analytics data sources and tag management.
  • Perform advanced statistical analysis techniques and leverage BI tools such as Power BI.
  • Collect, clean, and manipulate data using SQL and fundamentals of data engineering.
  • Facilitate data collection and sharing between various technologies using tagging tools like Triple Whale and UTMs.
  • Perform data mining and analysis using Shopify, GA4, Triple Whale, and Power BI.
  • Identify critical customer profiles based on acquisition channels and spending habits.
  • Collaborate to implement advanced analytics and tracking capabilities across digital properties.
  • Spearhead advanced digital analytics initiatives related to identity and clickstream data.
  • Focus on A/B testing and personalization efforts, promoting disciplined statistical analysis.
  • Deliver presentations of mathematical modeling and data analysis results to management and other stakeholders.
  • Guide the team on customer journey analysis, heat mapping, session recording, and user research best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading customer-driven data analytics within the consumer goods eCommerce environment.
  • Experience with statistical analysis techniques and leveraging BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, GA4, Triple Whale, and/or Power BI for data mining and analysis.
  • Experience with tagging tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Triple Whale) for data collection and sharing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in building dashboards.
  • Experience with email marketing analytics, particularly Klaviyo.
  • Experience with consumer insights.
