About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing (Paid Media) will lead the digital marketing efforts for a leading retail company, focusing on paid media strategies to drive lead generation. This role requires a strong emphasis on managing large-scale campaigns and mentoring a digital marketing team, while working onsite in Hacienda Heights, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and oversee a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused solely on paid media channels to drive lead generation
• Set and manage detailed monthly budgets and CPL goals
• Forecast lead generation performance, presenting projections, budgets, and strategies to senior leadership
• Lead, mentor, and manage digital marketing team
• Continuously analyze and optimize paid media campaigns
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to paid media campaigns
• Develop and maintain a strong communication loop with leadership and key stakeholders
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, paid media innovations, and emerging platforms to ensure competitive advantage and continuously improve paid digital marketing efforts

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on paid media, lead generation and performance marketing
• Proven track record of success in managing large-scale paid media campaigns with a focus on driving leads at targeted CPLs in a multi-location environment
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and develop detailed forecasts and budgets
• Deep expertise in paid media channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display Networks, etc.
• Experience with digital marketing analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar) and CRM systems
• Strong communication, presentation and project management skills, must be highly organized and detail oriented
