About the position

As the Director of Digital Marketing Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and excellence within the Marketing Team, particularly focusing on our website and digital properties. This position requires a deep understanding of various digital marketing components, including content management systems, search engine optimization (SEO), paid digital advertising, mobile marketing, and the latest digital trends and methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to tell compelling stories, and will be responsible for developing key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive growth across our corporate websites and digital channels. In this role, you will manage the Digital Marketing Team, overseeing the website, project plans, and delivery timelines. You will be instrumental in creating and refining operational processes, identifying enhancements to content management tools, and ensuring a seamless user experience across web and app platforms. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with various teams and stakeholders will be crucial in aligning brand guidelines and messaging to execute successful marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for deploying website plans that support multiple business strategies, including production timelines and customer experience enhancements. Your team will provide training and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring they maximize their use of marketing tools and platforms. Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices will enable you to recommend process improvements and technology upgrades that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. In terms of digital strategy, you will oversee the evolution and strategic direction of the company's corporate websites, ensuring that all digital marketing initiatives align with broader marketing objectives. You will lead the SEO team and analyze website traffic data, working with third-party agencies to optimize paid digital campaigns for maximum ROI. Monitoring and analyzing digital campaign performance will be essential, as will informing management about how these initiatives contribute to the company's strategic goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Web Strategy, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Director, Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of content management systems, web design principles, SEO, and paid digital advertising.
  • Experience working with programmers and developers.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams.
  • Banking experience is a plus, but not required.
