The Director of Digital Marketing at Guadalupe Centers, Inc. is a pivotal role that reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing. In this role, the Director will develop and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. They will create and curate engaging content that aligns with the organization's brand and mission, while also monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns. The Director will oversee the creation of compelling copy for various digital marketing materials, ensuring that all content aligns with the brand voice and messaging. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to gather information and create impactful content. Additionally, the Director will be responsible for maintaining the functionality of the Guadalupe Centers website, updating content regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance, and working with web developers to implement enhancements and troubleshoot issues. They will also develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, conduct keyword research, and monitor website traffic and SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics. Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices will be a key aspect of this role, along with other duties as assigned.
