About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing at Empower Brands is a pivotal role responsible for leading the company's digital marketing initiatives. This position involves developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving engagement and conversion across various platforms. The Director will work closely with both the corporate team and franchisees to support the residential brands within the Empower Brands portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of online marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns across platforms such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance digital marketing capabilities.
• Utilize data-driven insights to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
• Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as operations and sales to align strategies with brand priorities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with a proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic campaigns.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of management success.
• Expertise in digital marketing channels and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
