About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing at Meriplex Communications is responsible for leading the demand generation strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing programs aimed at creating awareness, generating leads, and driving sales pipeline. This role involves managing account-based marketing campaigns, optimizing marketing technology stacks, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure alignment with sales goals and improve ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel demand generation programs to create awareness, generate leads, and drive sales pipeline.
  • Own the strategy and execution for top-of-funnel lead generation and nurturing programs.
  • Design and manage account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeted at strategic accounts.
  • Create, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various digital channels including paid search, paid social, display, and email.
  • Develop the marketing technology stack, including automation tools and Salesforce, to track and optimize campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and marketing attribution to optimize ROI and measure success.
  • Implement A/B testing to continuously improve demand generation tactics and strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and sales enablement strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing lead generation and ABM strategies.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
