About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing at Labouré College of Healthcare is a pivotal role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing the college's visibility and supporting its mission. This position is integral to a small, collaborative team and focuses on engaging prospective students and potential donors through various digital channels. The role combines creativity with strategic analysis to enhance brand awareness and drive enrollment, particularly among traditionally underserved populations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for prospective students and potential donors/supporters.
  • Organize and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid search, SEO/SEM, display, social, and content marketing.
  • Track and analyze marketing KPIs and prepare regular reporting to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Communicate with key offices within the college to assess campaign success and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging marketing materials, including ad graphics, social media posts, website content, and blogs.
  • Collaborate in videography and photography sessions on campus to create content aligned with the college mission.
  • Attend college events to capture photos and video content for social media.
  • Monitor competitor programs and industry trends to maintain a strong market position.
  • Manage and assess marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective resource use.
  • Maintain the organization's brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in advertising and digital content creation or a related field.
  • Experience working as part of a creative team.
  • Robust understanding of CRM tools, principles, and best practices.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with HubSpot.
  • Certifications in HubSpot Marketing, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing tools.
  • Experience in Meta, Google, Bing Ads; LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Fluency using a Mac operating system and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to shoot, edit, and produce photo and video content.
