About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing at Good Landing Recovery is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and positioning for the company's substance abuse treatment facilities. This role involves leading the marketing team, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations while promoting a faith-led approach to treatment. The Director will also coordinate major events and oversee social media and content marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and supervision to the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee the marketing team to maximize profits and market share while balancing patient satisfaction.
  • Understand and develop budgets and finance, including expenditures and return-on-investment.
  • Identify short-term and long-term scheduling and resource needs, including annual marketing budgets.
  • Develop and manage advertising campaigns.
  • Build brand awareness and positioning.
  • Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish.
  • Organize company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
  • Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations such as HIPAA, CFR 42, and CFR 45.
  • Be on-call for clients for complex emergencies.
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings and training workshops as required.
  • Provide various ecclesiastical duties in support of the company's core beliefs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a director role in a substance abuse treatment environment.
  • Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, and design software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful environment.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as medical office software.
