About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing at CEA CAPA will lead the company's digital strategy, focusing on brand initiatives that align with growth goals. This hands-on role involves leveraging expertise in performance and growth marketing to enhance engagement across various channels, analyzing data to guide strategic decisions, and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns. The position combines strategic leadership with active involvement in daily marketing tasks, utilizing analytical skills and creative thinking to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities

  • Steer the strategic direction of the company's digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aimed at boosting engagement, generating leads, and increasing conversions.
  • Oversee brand positioning and messaging, ensuring a compelling and cohesive visual identity across all digital platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a talented team, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation to produce high-quality results and promote professional growth.
  • Articulate the brand vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the organization.
  • Leverage analytics tools to assess campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize strategies and meet marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies for both new and existing education abroad programs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, emphasizing digital marketing expertise.
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing channels is essential; familiarity with B2B2C models is a plus.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices to drive results.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and analytics tools, (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics).
  • A talent for empowering team members by fostering a culture that encourages autonomy, creativity, and thoughtful decision-making.
  • A demonstrated ability to approach challenges with creativity and innovation.
  • A proactive mindset that thrives in fast-paced environments, skilled in managing multiple projects and tackling challenges with enthusiasm and strategic problem-solving.
