About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing at Solution Tree, Inc. is a strategic leadership role focused on developing and executing demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and support revenue growth. This position requires a hands-on leader who will work closely with a small team to achieve ambitious marketing goals, utilizing various digital and offline channels. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies across digital and offline channels.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Mentor and manage a small team, fostering growth and ensuring objectives are met.
  • Develop lead nurturing programs to convert prospects through the funnel.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-departmental teams to align demand generation initiatives with company objectives.
  • Manage the demand generation budget, allocating spend across channels effectively.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools for campaign execution and reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a team.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and digital marketing channels.
  • Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
  • Familiarity with content marketing and SEO best practices.
