About the position

In this role, you will lead a team responsible for the end-to-end user experience of Brightly Software's digital platforms. Your focus will be on driving traffic, optimizing conversion rates, and enhancing the overall digital strategy through data-driven insights. Collaboration with various teams will be essential to implement effective marketing strategies and improve website performance, ultimately generating qualified leads and increasing engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy for Brightly Software's digital experiences.
  • Develop informed points of view and define important metrics to measure the success of digital strategies.
  • Collaborate with developers, creative teams, and marketing operations to implement the digital vision.
  • Drive strategy and planning for Brightly's digital presence to support growth and achieve business results.
  • Implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase lead generation and revenue.
  • Build and maintain a roadmap for ongoing website improvements in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Drive SEO strategy with agency partners, focusing on content improvements and keyword optimization.
  • Create and implement an A/B testing strategy to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and lead website operations to improve discoverability and user experience.
  • Lead and optimize key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages and lead-generating forms.
  • Monitor overall web performance using analytics tools to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead and inspire a team consisting of a UX/UI Designer, CRO Manager, and Paid Media Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in a SaaS business.
  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience, including website strategy and paid media account management.
  • Experience with Drupal, Unbounce, and GA4.
  • Ability to assess and improve site tag management.
  • Experience with product-led growth models and SaaS in a high growth environment.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team leadership experience in digital marketing.
  • A bias to action and a performance mindset.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience handling agency partners.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and optimization techniques.
