About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing at TVG-Medulla, LLC is responsible for driving patient acquisition growth through strategic digital and social media campaigns. This role involves collaborating with corporate marketing and clinical teams to create effective paid and organic marketing strategies for multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, UX optimization, and a proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive patient acquisition growth through digital and social campaigns.
  • Work closely with corporate marketing channel leads and clinical teams to create effective marketing strategies.
  • Define the optimal digital portfolio and set channel strategies and tactics.
  • Optimize campaigns and improve user experience (U/X).
  • Create and execute organic social media and SEO strategies.
  • Ensure monthly patient acquisition targets are met through digital media channels.
  • Generate performance reports and dashboards for digital media campaigns.
  • Manage the digital media content calendar and ensure brand consistency across platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT and software agencies to enhance patient journey tracking.
  • Manage a team, set achievable goals, and provide coaching.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of digital and paid social media experience with proven results.
  • 3+ years of U/X experience with a focus on optimizing digital campaigns.
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives and meet volume and CPA goals.
  • Results-focused approach to project management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and digital lead channels.
