About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing at Excel Medical is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aimed at driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in subscription programs, and the ability to lead a team effectively while leveraging various digital channels to achieve revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across all digital channels, including Meta, GDN, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success and continued growth.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and creative teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns, utilizing key metrics and analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay informed of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Subscription Marketing businesses is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Subscription Marketing businesses is a plus.
