As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will lead our digital marketing strategy and execution across all platforms for Hillpointe and the Pointe Grand Apartment Home portfolio. This role will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and resident engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in website marketing, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, paid digital media, and data-driven marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support the goals of Hillpointe and Pointe Grand Apartment Homes, ensuring consistent branding across all digital channels and properties. You will oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company's websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and SEO optimized. Additionally, you will design and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads to our properties, manage and optimize paid digital media campaigns, and lead the creation of high-quality digital content to engage potential and current residents. Your role will also involve monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on digital marketing performance metrics, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI, while collaborating with external vendors and partners to execute digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support the goals of Hillpointe and Pointe Grand Apartment Homes.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all digital channels and properties, maintaining the brand's voice, tone, and visual identity.
  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company's websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and SEO optimized.
  • Design and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads to our properties, utilizing a mix of digital channels, including paid search, display advertising, email marketing, and more.
  • Manage and optimize paid digital media campaigns, including programmatic advertising, display ads, PPC, and other paid channels, ensuring maximum ROI and effective audience targeting.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality digital content, including blog posts, videos, and other digital assets, to engage potential and current residents.
  • Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to ensure prospective residents find our properties easily, continuously optimizing for better search rankings and performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners, including ad agencies, content creators, and web developers, to execute digital marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the multifamily or real estate industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and content management systems.
  • Experience in managing paid digital media campaigns and optimizing for ROI.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on results.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and technology.
