About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing at Met-Cap Management LLC is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the company's digital marketing strategy across various channels. This position focuses on driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while maximizing ROI through data-driven decisions. The director will lead a high-performing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives, ultimately enhancing brand awareness and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive growth and increase brand visibility.
  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC campaigns, social media marketing, email/SMS marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing.
  • Lead social media efforts to foster engagement and brand awareness through platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Develop targeted email/SMS campaigns to nurture leads and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create compelling, SEO-optimized content.
  • Work with the e-commerce team to optimize on-site conversions and improve customer experience.
  • Create data-driven strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Utilize digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to track campaign performance and report on KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering innovation and accountability.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role driving DTC or e-commerce marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Experience in developing and scaling successful campaigns across digital channels.
  • Highly proficient in data analysis, using metrics and insights to inform strategy and improve marketing performance.
  • Experience leading and growing a marketing team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs, manage budgets effectively, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay ahead of industry trends.
