About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and overseeing strategic initiatives that enhance the digital presence of the AlphaGraphics and PostNet brands. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through comprehensive digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to optimize and improve both brands' digital presence.
  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience needs.
  • Define system standards for digital marketing for franchise networks, creating a framework for implementation and compliance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Oversee the implementation of digital marketing strategies and programs, including content creation, online listings, and digital advertising.
  • Grow and develop the Digital Services team, providing support to franchisees in local digital marketing programs.
  • Set clear performance expectations for team members and conduct regular reviews to drive growth and accountability.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and assess the performance of digital marketing efforts and build reports for stakeholders.
  • Present performance updates and campaign results to leadership, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee vendor relationships related to digital marketing programs and support the development of training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated excellence in digital marketing and the ability to create strategies that drive results.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role.
  • Understanding of small business operations and franchise industry marketing is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Expertise in web analytics tools for data interpretation, e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Power BI.
  • Knowledge of SEMRush, AHrefs, or similar SEO software.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
