About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing at Dude Solutions Inc. is responsible for leading the end-to-end digital marketing strategy to enhance user experience, drive traffic, and increase conversions. This role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize the website and digital presence, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth strategies. The director will oversee a team and manage relationships with third-party partners to implement data-driven marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and improve overall digital performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy for Brightly Software's digital experiences to generate qualified leads and inbound pipeline.
  • Drive strategy and planning for Brightly's digital presence to support growth and achieve business results.
  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase lead generation and revenue.
  • Build and communicate a roadmap for ongoing website improvements in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Drive SEO strategy with agency partners, including content improvements and keyword optimization.
  • Create and implement an A/B testing strategy to optimize engagement and increase conversion rates.
  • Build an effective personalization strategy by analyzing customer behavior and planning experiences.
  • Monitor and lead website operations to improve discoverability and user experience.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and web developers to build best-in-class digital experiences.
  • Monitor overall web performance using analytics tools to provide data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in a SaaS business.
  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience, including website strategy and paid media account management.
  • Experience with Drupal, Unbounce, and GA4.
  • Ability to assess and improve site tag management.
  • Experience with product-led growth models and high growth environments.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience handling agency partners.
  • Team leadership experience in digital marketing.
