About the position

As the Director of Digital Marketing at Gracious Hospitality Management, you will lead the planning, development, and maintenance of content across various digital channels. This role focuses on creating brand-defining experiences and managing a team of content creators while collaborating with external vendors. You will be responsible for shaping the brand voice, executing integrated marketing campaigns, and ensuring effective communication across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the planning and development of content for GHM's digital channels.
  • Lead a team of content creators and manage external vendors to create brand-defining experiences.
  • Develop and execute integrated brand awareness campaigns tailored to community interests.
  • Act as the primary liaison with external creative vendors and internal departments.
  • Manage a content team of 2+ direct reports and oversee all aspects of content production.
  • Plan and coordinate content shoots with culinary teams and other stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive and data-driven post-campaign reports.
  • Lead the production of social content with a focus on video.
  • Ensure brand messaging is communicated effectively across all digital platforms.
  • Oversee paid advertising opportunities across digital platforms.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing, content strategy, or communications.
  • 7-10+ years of content strategy and professional writing experience in a B2C environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in a content leadership position managing a team.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with excellent writing and editing abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging target audiences through content.
  • Experience in utilizing next-generation content tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with video content production and social media management.
  • Familiarity with SEO strategies and community engagement tactics.
