About the position

As the Director of Digital Performance Marketing at Nomo International Inc., you will be responsible for driving data-driven strategies that enhance performance-based sales across major digital platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Google, and Meta. This role requires a strong understanding of analytics, performance metrics, and digital marketing tools, with a focus on collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the company's mission and significant business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead comprehensive digital strategies that drive sales growth across Amazon, Walmart, Meta, and other key platforms.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and continuous optimization of marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure metrics are tracked accurately and manage pacing, budget adjustments, and ROI maximization.
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Seller Tools, Walmart KwickMetrics, and Google Attribution to gather insights and monitor KPIs.
  • Set, track, and achieve program goals, KPIs, and timelines.
  • Provide actionable insights through deep analysis of campaign performance and generate regular reports on KPIs such as conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.
  • Recommend media performance optimizations, audience segmentation strategies, and multi-touch attribution models.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices.
  • Own and manage the digital marketing budget, optimizing resource use and providing accurate forecasts for future sales performance.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and identify new growth opportunities across Meta, Amazon, and Walmart platforms.
  • Develop and execute personalization strategies based on customer segmentation to tailor campaigns and content.
  • Optimize email marketing efforts using tools like Mailchimp and Klaviyo to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Manage website content, technical maintenance, SEO optimization, and improvements in user experience and conversion.
  • Oversee brand consistency across all digital channels and lead creative campaigns to build brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and partners to amplify reach and enhance user experience.
  • Implement A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion rate optimization across digital platforms.
  • Provide evidence-based recommendations for improving user experience and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7-10 years of working experience as a digital marketer in a B2C organization focusing on performance marketing.
  • Proven track record managing successful campaigns on Google, Meta, Amazon, and Walmart.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Amazon Seller Tools, and Walmart KwickMetrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar automation tools.
  • Strong UX sensibility and familiarity with responsive design principles and usability best practices.
  • Experience managing and mentoring digital marketing teams.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Minneapolis, Minnesota.
