About the position

The Director of Digital Strategy - Social Media will lead and shape innovative paid social media campaigns for global brands within a rapidly expanding advertising agency. This role focuses on driving engagement and conversions through creative strategies across various digital platforms, while collaborating with a passionate team to push the boundaries of digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the social media team to deliver high-performance campaigns.
  • Develop and execute strategies that align with clients' goals using data-driven insights.
  • Oversee the creation of impactful content across all platforms, maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
  • Drive collaboration across teams to ensure integrated and engaging campaigns.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver strategic recommendations for social media success.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years in digital marketing and social media, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to create and lead successful social media strategies, especially within paid media campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, from content creation to advanced analytics.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience in pitching new business.
  • Passion for storytelling and crafting content that resonates.
