About the position

Ride1Up is a leading e-commerce company focused on the sale of electric bikes direct to consumer. This is a unique opportunity for a digital marketing professional to join a fun, fast-paced industry while developing our long-term comprehensive marketing strategy. The Director of Digital Marketing will report directly to the CEO and will have full responsibility for our digital marketing and branding strategy. This individual should have in-depth experience in all digital marketing channels, including paid media, affiliate marketing, website management, blogs, and email marketing. Creative and branding experience is a major requirement for this role, as the candidate will be expected to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. Additionally, the candidate must have experience in the bicycle industry, which will be crucial for understanding the market dynamics and customer preferences.

Responsibilities

• Build our digital marketing roadmap.
• Manage various digital marketing channels including paid media, affiliate marketing, blogs, and emails.
• Develop important KPIs and measure ROI.
• Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
• Manage and improve online content including SEO and Google Analytics management.
• Develop future branding strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital technologies or relevant field.
• Experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of various current digital marketing functions (e.g., FB ad platform, Google Ads, Programmatic, and Affiliate Marketing Platforms).
• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
• Familiarity with web design.
• E-commerce experience (WooCommerce desired).
• Bike industry experience required.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
