About the position

The Early Childhood Director will lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver exceptional early learning experiences while ensuring operational excellence and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. This role is pivotal in driving enrollment growth and fostering a supportive community for children, families, and educators.

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills to mentor and manage staff effectively.
• Be knowledgeable about licensing requirements and quality standards.
• Be passionate about building relationships with children, families, and the community.
• Have a creative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
