Estes Energetics is seeking an experienced Director of Engineering and Operations to lead our engineering and operations teams in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in managing complex projects and teams. In this role, you will lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and operations professionals, fostering a collaborative culture that promotes innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering and operations projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines. Additionally, you will provide expert technical guidance and support to the engineering and operations teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and develop innovative solutions. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company's engineering and operations capabilities, managing the budget and resources for the engineering and operations departments, and ensuring that all projects meet rigorous quality standards and compliance requirements.
