Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive project planning and full cycle implementation.
• Develop and manage the product backlog effectively.
• Manage services related to product delivery, user adoption, and performance analysis.
• Support and guide on proposals, statements of work, and project deliverables.
• Conduct client and vendor interactions on behalf of the company.
• Implement strategies to enhance profitability and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement the engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaborative engineering practices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to development and operations teams.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of SaaS products.
• Ensure high standards of technical quality and performance in deliverables.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product strategies.
• Align engineering goals with business objectives in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Recruit, retain, and develop top technical talent.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to assess engineering performance.
• Analyze project outcomes and implement improvements.
• Identify technical challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience required.
• Extensive experience in engineering leadership roles, particularly in the SaaS industry.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Business Analytics, and Agile software development.
• Extensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
• Technical knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, C, C++, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and JSON.
• Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Basecamp, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage diverse project stakeholders.
