About the position

The Director of Enterprise Channel Sales at OneDigital is a pivotal role focused on driving new sales revenue within the Enterprise channel. This position requires a deep understanding of Resourcing Edge's (REI) core products and the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to OneDigital's producers, consultants, and leadership. The Director will work closely with Resourcing Edge executive leadership to develop vision and action plans that align with the company's mission to enable businesses to focus on their success. This role is not just about sales; it’s about building and maintaining strong internal relationships to foster growth within the OneDigital Enterprise Select channel. In this role, the Director will engage with various teams and leadership within the Enterprise Select Channel, evangelizing the PEO value proposition through virtual meetings, training sessions, and email communications. They will educate the Enterprise Select team on the processes for referring clients for PEO evaluations and develop initiatives tailored to the unique needs of remote teams. The Director will also support the sales team in building relationships with producers, consultants, and regional leaders, ensuring that best practices are shared and implemented across the board. The Director of Enterprise Channel Sales will analyze sales performance data weekly to identify trends and communicate insights to team leaders and RE sales leaders, creating actionable solutions to improve performance. This role requires a proactive approach to teamwork, initiative, and innovation, as well as a data-driven mindset to develop strategies that enhance sales outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly within a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Engage all teams and leadership within the Enterprise Select Channel to promote the PEO value proposition.
  • Educate the Enterprise Select team on client referral processes for PEO evaluation.
  • Develop and drive team-specific initiatives, campaigns, and trainings tailored to remote teams.
  • Support the sales team in building relationships with producers, consultants, and regional leaders in a virtual environment.
  • Provide consistent coaching to the aligned sales team on best practices for partnering with channel partners.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze team performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Analyze weekly sales performance data to identify trends and create actionable solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Background in PEO sales.
  • Experience in sales leadership or coaching.
  • Experience working in the broker community.
  • Experience with inside sales teams.
  • Proven track record of improving sales performance through data-driven coaching.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Zoho and SFDC, Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
