As the Director of Enterprise Growth Marketing at Verkada, you will play a pivotal role in redefining our B2B marketing strategies. This position is designed for a hands-on builder who is not only capable of managing a diverse team of marketers but also possesses the strategic insight to drive significant revenue impact through innovative marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and the Growth team to brainstorm and execute out-of-the-box experiments that will enhance our marketing efforts and directly contribute to the bottom line. Your leadership will be crucial in strategizing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns that quantitatively demonstrate their effectiveness on our top strategic accounts. In this role, you will engage with our rapidly growing Enterprise Sales teams to support partner marketing initiatives and align with team goals. Collaboration will be key as you partner with content, solutions, and creative marketing teams to effectively position our products across various industries. You will also work alongside the marketing operations team to automate and scale campaigns that yield a positive return on investment. Building a high-performing team of motivated individuals with both high IQ and EQ will be essential to achieving pipeline and revenue targets. This position requires a commitment to being on-site at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA, five days a week, fostering a thriving in-office culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
