Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing operations strategies and best practices to support the marketing team.

• Lead the creation and management of the marketing budget, tracking campaign expenses.
• Manage vendor relationships for print, promotional items, and marketing technology.
• Build and manage the Marketing Operations team.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive events marketing strategy to drive brand visibility.
• Manage the planning and execution of events, including logistics and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align event strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, focusing on marketing operations and events management.
• Strong knowledge of marketing technologies such as CRM and analytics platforms.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
