Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain Hospice and Palliative Care Administrator (CHPCA) certification within 12 months of hire.
• Previous executive management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Knowledge of Hospice Medicare regulations and Joint Commission standards.
