About The Position
The Director of Facilities Management at Winchester Gardens is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of various facility-related departments, including Maintenance, Grounds, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Security Services. This role ensures compliance with local, state, and federal standards while supporting the Executive Director in maintaining a safe and efficient living environment for residents. The Director will also manage risk control and safety protocols, participate in inspections, and coordinate emergency drills and training.
