About The Position
Under the supervision of the Chief Operations Officer, the Director of Family Support Services is responsible for operations of the Children’s Village Assessment Center. Through managerial, operational, and procedural oversight, the Director of Family Support Services is responsible for the day-to-day operations and facilitation of services for families. The Director of Family Support Services coordinates and works closely with the external stakeholders to run the family support facility and works closely with internal Children’s Village Resident Case Manager, Residential Support Supervisors, Therapists, Children’s Village skill-based service providers, and affiliated agencies. The Director of Family Support Services is also a public face for the expanding Children’s Village service lines which includes speaking engagements and development of presentations and trainings as requested. The Director of Family Support Services is a full-time role with primary hourly operations of 9-6pm; see Management section of job description for the execution of these hours.
