• Pricing and Quoting

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated related performance management experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong understanding of business management, including basic financial analysis, operational processes, and customer service
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, mentoring, and leadership skills
• Passionate desire to lead and develop Teams of Technicians
• Ability to strategize, solve problems effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with standard business software and the ability to learn and work within various technologies
