About the position

The Director of Finance, Marketing and Communications at The Nature Conservancy is a pivotal role that combines strategic financial oversight with innovative marketing and communication strategies to further the organization's mission. In addition to financial management, the Director will oversee the marketing and communications team, guiding the development of campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences and promote the organization's mission. This includes managing public relations, digital marketing, and community engagement efforts. The Director will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and the public, to foster support for The Nature Conservancy’s work. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as a proven track record in marketing and communications.
